随着我国社会经济的不断发展,市场竞争力也日益激烈。当前,电力企业正在进行市场化的改革,如何在激烈的市场竞争力加强电力营销的客户关系管理是电力企业发展的重大挑战。本文从电力营销客户管理的重要性作为出发点,着重对我国电力企业的客户管理现状及存在的问题作了简要分析,并就如何加强电力营销中的客户管理提出了相关的解决措施。
With the continuous development of our country’s social economy, the market competitiveness is also increasingly fierce. At present, the power enterprises are undergoing market-oriented reforms and how to strengthen their competitiveness in the fierce market. Strengthening customer relationship management of power marketing is a major challenge for the development of power enterprises. Based on the importance of customer management in power marketing, this paper focuses on the current situation and existing problems of customer management in China’s electric power enterprises, and puts forward some countermeasures on how to strengthen customer management in electric power marketing.
