我国职业教育已进入了新阶段,而现行的中职教育中,教师队伍老化,专业成长被忽视已成为严重的问题,教师渐渐迷失自我,缺乏创新,缺少特色,向着普教靠齐。本文探讨了中职教师专业成长的一些优化策略,中职教师急需走出误区,突破困境,更新理念,因材施教,加强培训学习,走上专业成长的道路,才能更好地适应时代发展。 Vocational education in our country has entered a new stage. In the current secondary vocational education, teachers’ aging and neglected professional growth have become serious problems. Teachers are gradually losing themselves, lacking in innovation and lacking in characteristics, and are aligned toward general education. This article explores some optimization strategies for the professional growth of secondary vocational school teachers.
