技校作为培养职业技能的专科学校,有其特殊的培训方式和管理方法。班主任是班级教学的直接组织者和管理者,是学校与学生、教师与学生之间沟通的桥梁和纽带,其工作具有复杂性、服务性、导向性等特点。为使班主任工作更加高效有力,技校班主任要更加注重增强和巩固个人非权力性影响力。在“德”上下工夫,用高尚的人格感召学生;在“学”上下工夫,用渊博的学识启迪学生;在“情”上下工夫,用真挚的情感凝聚学生;在“才”上下工夫,用过硬的才能折服学生。
