目的：探讨妇科患者入出院优质护理体会。方法：选取我院妇科2015年1月到2015年5月所收治的256例患者为研究对象进行入出院优质护理。结果：本组患者的满意度与2014年同期相比，得到了较为显著的提高，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。门诊满意度由原来的88.03%提升为94.83%，住院患者满意度由原来92.57%提升为95.63%。结论：妇科患者入出院优质护理服务能够大大缓解护士与患者之间的距离感，护患之间能够建立起相互合作、相互信赖的关系，从而让患者处于最佳的心理状态来平静地接受护理和手术，同时也有利于医院优质护理服务的开展。“,”Objective To investigate the gynecological patient into the hospital quality care experience.Methods The hospital gynecology admitted in January 2015 to May 2015 into 256 cases of patients were discharged from hospital quality care for the study.
