纤维结合蛋白(Fibronectin,Fn)是一组大分子糖蛋白,广泛存在于细胞表面、细胞外液、结缔组织及大都份基膜上。近年来国内外学者已从医学各分支学科角度做了大量的基础和临床研究工作。神经系统疾病时,血液及脑脊液中纤维结合蛋白量的变化及与疾病愈合和转归的可能关联更是神经病学学者所关注的。然而由于测定灵敏度的限制,至今尚未见到应用ELISA方法检测脑脊液中Fn的报告。
Fibronectin (Fn) is a group of macromolecular glycoproteins that are widely found on the cell surface, extracellular fluid, connective tissue and most of the basement membrane. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have made a great deal of basic and clinical research work from the perspectives of various branches of medicine. Changes in the amount of fibronectin in the blood and cerebrospinal fluid, and possible associations with disease healing and outcome, are of even greater concern to neuroscientists at neurological disorders. However, due to the limited sensitivity of the assay, no reports of detecting Fn in cerebrospinal fluid using ELISA have been reported yet.
