本文通过对当代大学生耐挫力的分析,提出希望通过体育教学来加强对大学生承受挫折能力的培养。主要从冷静的面对挫折;增强心理承受能力;加强自信心的培养;合理调节情绪和团队建设等几个方面进行了研究。
Based on the analysis of contemporary college students ’resistance to frustration, this article proposes to strengthen the cultivation of college students’ ability to withstand setbacks through physical education. Mainly from the calm in the face of setbacks; to enhance the psychological endurance; to enhance self-confidence in training; reasonable adjustment of emotions and team building several aspects of research.
