5S管理模式是一种科学的管理思想,源自日本的一种家庭作业方式,后被应用到企业内部管理中,是指在生产现场中对人员、机器、材料、方法等生产要素进行有效的管理。其内容包括:整理(SEIRI)、整顿(SEITON)、清扫(SEISO)、清洁(SEIKETSU)、素养(SHIT-SUKE)。整理是将现场(包括生产现场和办公现场)需要和不需要的东西区别出来,处理掉不需要的东西,达到现场无不用之物。它是树立良好工作作风的开始。整顿是将整理后需要的东西,安排成有序的状态。
5S management mode is a kind of scientific management thought, which originated from a kind of homework in Japan and was applied to the internal management of an enterprise. It refers to the effective management of production factors such as personnel, machinery, materials and methods in the production site management. Its contents include: SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, SHIT-SUKE. Finishing will be the scene (including the production site and office site) need and do not need to distinguish between what to deal with unwanted things to reach the scene without exception. It is the beginning of a good working style. The rectification is to arrange what needs to be arranged in an orderly manner.
