采用气质联用仪对我国四川、云南、湖北、重庆及美国、马拉维白肋烟样品的中性香气物质含量进行分析测定,结果表明,巨豆三烯酮等重要的类胡萝卜素类降解产物在美国白肋烟中的含量显著高于四川产区的白肋烟,西柏烷类的重要降解产物茄酮、苯丙氨酸类、棕色化产物类等在四川产区烟叶的含量均高于美国烟叶。聚类分析将四川各取样点和美国、马拉维产区聚成3类,分类结果显示,60%的四川样点与美国为一类。四川产区烟叶的类胡萝卜素类降解产物含量较丰富与美国烟叶接近,西柏烷类含量则略低于美国烟叶。因此,四川白肋烟与美国白肋烟有较高的相似性。
GC-MS analysis of neutral aroma components in Burley tobacco samples from Sichuan, Yunnan, Hubei, Chongqing and the United States in China showed that important carotenoids such as megastigmatide degraded The content of burley tobacco in Burley tobacco was significantly higher than that of burley tobacco in Sichuan area. The contents of solanone, phenylalanine and browning products, which are important degradation products of cembra, were high in the tobacco producing areas in Sichuan Tobacco leaves in the United States. The classification results showed that 60% of Sichuan samples were of the same type as the United States. The tobacco products in Sichuan area had a higher content of carotenoid degradation products than the American tobacco, while the content of cembradin was slightly lower than that of the American tobacco. Therefore, Burley and American burley have higher similarity.
