东北亚经济合作已引起东北亚各国的高度重视。但人们对其能否实现仍疑虑较多。笔者认为,东北亚经济合作具有客观的政治、经济条件和基础,是历史发展的必然,现在关键是要行动起来。
Northeast Asian economic cooperation has drawn great attention from all countries in Northeast Asia. However, people still have more doubts about whether or not they can be achieved. The author believes that economic cooperation in Northeast Asia has objective political and economic conditions and basis and is an inevitable historical development. The key is to act now.
