现有敞焰锻造加热炉的缺点是:(1)热效率低;(2)劳动环境差;(3)自动化程度低;(4)钢质毛坯氧化和脱碳严重。为克服上述问题,近年来,美国 ThermoElectron 公司的 Holcroft 分公司与其他三家煤气公司合作,研制了各种新型敞焰锻造加热炉,其中之一是陶瓷辐射管敞焰无氧化加热炉,可减少钢件氧化,提高热效率从而节省能源。现将这种炉子的结构特点、炉温和炉气控制、以及实验室和现场试验结果简介如下。
The shortcomings of the existing open flame forging furnace are: (1) low thermal efficiency; (2) poor working environment; (3) low degree of automation; (4) serious oxidation and decarburization of steel rough. In order to overcome the above problems, in recent years, the Holcroft subsidiary of Thermo Electron Corporation of the United States has cooperated with three other gas companies to develop various new open-flame forging furnaces. One of them is a ceramic radiant tube open-flame non-oxidizing heating furnace, which can reduce the steel Pieces of oxidation, improve thermal efficiency and thus save energy.
