近二十年来,变色酸双偶氮衍生物稀土显色剂的合成与研究发展很快,对分析应用的报导甚多,而对此类试剂含量的测定的报导却很少。有人做过其它有机试剂含量的柱层析和薄层层析测定的研究。本文研究了在薄层层析分离提纯后,用光度法测定此类试剂有效成分含量的方法,并测定了我们自己合成的不同批号的对溴偶氮胂有效成分的百分含量。方法简单易行,为产品鉴定、合成条件的选择和控制,以及试剂与金属离子的络合比的测定提供了依据。
In recent two decades, the synthesis and research of chromogenic acid disazo derivatives rare earth color developing fast, many reports on the analysis and application, and the determination of such reagents is rarely reported. Some people have done other organic reagent column chromatography and thin layer chromatography study. In this paper, after the purification by thin layer chromatography, the method for the determination of the active ingredients in such reagents by spectrophotometry and the determination of the percentage of the active components of different brominated arsine samples synthesized by ourselves. The method is simple and easy, which provides a basis for the selection and control of product identification, synthesis conditions and determination of the complexation ratio of reagents and metal ions.
