现代通信技术的重要发展之一,就是通信和计算机技术结合而形成的新的技术领域——计算机通信网。以资源共享为特点的计算机通信网采用了与常规通信网络不同的新型交换技术即分组交换,然而过去在分析和设计计算机通信网时,仍然采用了电话线路交换的模型即爱尔兰数学模型。但是,分组交换数据传输已不具备爱尔兰模型的某些性质而有每个数据分组等长的特征。因此,本文用另外的M/D/1排队模型来求解分组交换数据传输系统的特性。
One of the important developments of modern communication technology is the new technical field formed by the combination of communication and computer technology - the computer communication network. The computer communication network characterized by resource sharing adopts a new type of switching technology that is different from the conventional communication network, that is, packet switching. However, in the past, when analyzing and designing a computer communication network, the model of the telephone line exchange, that is, the Irish mathematical model was still adopted. However, packet-switched data transmission does not have some of the properties of the Irish model and has the characteristics of equal length of each data packet. Therefore, we use another M / D / 1 queuing model to solve the packet switched data transmission system.
