本文研究了广西地区机制砂在低强度等级混凝土中的应用方式。结果表明:广西低强度等级机制砂混凝土具有“低胶材、高粉量”的特点,且混凝土具有良好的工作性和力学性能;在一定条件下,机制砂应用在低强度等级混凝土中,石粉含量可在10%的基础上适当放宽;机制砂应用在低强度等级混凝土中时,砂率较天然砂要高,且控制拌合物的用水量和含气量也较低。
This paper studies the application of mechanism sand in Guangxi in low strength concrete. The results show that the low-grade sand-based concrete in Guangxi has the characteristics of “low plastic material and high powder content”, and the concrete has good workability and mechanical properties. Under certain conditions, the applied sand is used in low-strength concrete , The content of rock powder can be properly relaxed on the basis of 10%. When sand is used in low-strength concrete, the sand rate is higher than that of natural sand and the water content and gas content of the control mixture are also lower.
