在我国国有企业是国民生计的主导企业类型,随着经济全球换趋势不断增强,尽管国有企业积极的调整着自身的管理方法与管理策略,不过仍然有不足之处。纵观现阶段我国国有企业的人力资源管理现状,国有企业首先需要转变思想理念,建立健全合理、有效的绩效考核机制,并通过建立人力资本的投资制度、加快产权制度的改革以及完善社会保障制度,以此营造绩效考核的经济环境与社会环境,为我国国有企业的绩效考核机制提供资源、服务以及制度保障。
In our country, the state-owned enterprises are the dominant types of enterprises in the national livelihood. As the global economic trend continues to increase, although state-owned enterprises are actively adjusting their own management methods and management strategies, they still have some shortcomings. Looking at the present state of human resource management of state-owned enterprises in our country at this stage, state-owned enterprises need to change their ideological concepts first and establish sound and effective performance appraisal mechanisms. Through the establishment of an investment system for human capital, the state-owned enterprises should speed up the reform of their property rights system and improve the social security system , So as to create the economic environment and social environment for performance appraisal, and provide resources, service and system guarantee for the performance appraisal mechanism of our state-owned enterprises.
