我司五个生产矿山共有主、局、辅扇风机436台,7110.5KW,正常运转约350台,装机容量5330KW,通风用电占矿山生产用电的四分之一左右,曾对运行的9台70B_2主扇进行过测定,其效率平均为41.46%,最低的只有16.89%,其原因为<1>70B_2系列扇风机本身静压效率低,加之制造质量低,致使扇风机效率达不到设计要求;<2>扇风机与矿井等积孔不匹配,实际工作点落在合理工作区间以外。如将所有主辅扇效率
There are 436 main, bureau and auxiliary fan fans in our five production mines, with 7110.5KW and about 350 normal operation. The installed capacity is 5330KW.
