近年来,我国的社会经济水平有了明显的提高与改善,因此,在企业的运营与发展过程中也逐渐体现出了绩效薪酬制度的重要作用。任何企业在发展与生存的过程中,其激励机制与绩效薪酬制度都发挥着重要的作用。薪酬的激励制度在现代企业的人力资源管理工作中是其可持续发展的重要方式,所以,建立一个科学合理的薪酬激励体系可以充分的发挥薪酬的最好激励效果,进而组建高效并稳定的企业员工队伍,最终有效的实现企业自身的可持续发展。文章针对现阶段企业的发展情况,对企业内部人力工作管理方面的薪酬激励不足之处进行了全面详细的阐述,进而建立一个基于激励机制的绩效薪酬制度,促进企业自身的长远发展。
In recent years, the socio-economic level of our country has been obviously improved and improved. Therefore, the performance pay system has also gradually demonstrated its important role in the operation and development of enterprises. In the light of the current situation of enterprise development, this paper comprehensively elaborates the insufficiency of salary incentive in the management of internal workforce, and then establishes a performance compensation system based on incentive mechanism to promote the long-term development of itself.
