随着我国经济的快速发展,社会各个领域也发展迅速并且行业多样化,各种工作的高效且有序地进行需要有合理的管理制度,各个领域的工作人员数量也大大增加,对于这些工作人员需要档案记录,也就需要档案管理。为了积极应对经济全球化的发展,我国的档案管理也面临着巨大的挑战,事业单位也不例外,单位管理层对档案管理工作没有足够的重视,工作人员也没有认真负责的工作态度,也没有高效的辅助设备,这些不足会影响我国经济的快速发展,也影响我国社会水平的稳定提高。笔者通过走访和网上查阅发现了一些事业单位档案管理中的一些不足,对这些问题有一些个人思考,并进行分析研究,提出一些相对应的改善措施。
With the rapid economic development in our country, various fields in society are also developing rapidly and the industry is diversified. Various types of work need to be managed efficiently and in an orderly manner, and the number of staff members in all fields has also risen greatly. In order to actively cope with the development of economic globalization, archives management in our country is also facing great challenges. Institutions are no exception. The management of the unit does not pay enough attention to the management of archives. The staff members also have no serious and responsible working attitude. Efficient auxiliary equipment, these shortcomings will affect the rapid economic development of our country, but also affect the steady improvement of our social level. Through interviewing and online searching, the author found some deficiencies in the archives management of some institutions, and gave some personal considerations on these issues and carried out analysis and research and put forward some corresponding improvement measures.
