双语教师培训是提高新疆少数民族双语教师队伍质量,加快新疆双语教育发展的重要途径。新疆少数民族地区双语教学的有效实施,离不开一线教师的支持,教师的教学质量影响着双语教学的顺利推进。本文通过对新疆师范大学语言学院2010春季班的培训学员对双语培训的认识,来了解双语教师培训状况,试图剖析存在的问题,并提出自己的一些思考与建议。
Bilingual Teacher Training is an Important Way to Improve the Quality of Bilingual Minority Teachers in Xinjiang and Accelerate the Development of Bilingual Education in. The effective implementation of bilingual education in ethnic minority areas in Xinjiang can not be separated from the support of frontline teachers. The teaching quality of teachers affects the smooth progress of bilingual teaching. This article through to the 2010 Xinjiang Normal University Linguistics College spring trainees understanding of bilingual training to understand the bilingual teacher training situation, trying to analyze the existing problems, and put forward some of their own thoughts and suggestions.
