国内外有关锌精矿加压氧化酸浸过程的研究已有很多报导,但主要是针对过程的开发、应用。过程中硫的行为还没有专门的研究报导,有关的研究也很少。本工作通过各种物理及化学分析的方法对锌精矿加压氧化酸浸过程中元素硫的行为进行了研究。从浸取和硫回收的角度优化了操作条件,考察了硫与精矿及渣分的相互作用,探讨了添加剂作用的机理,得出了硫行为的物理描述模型。
At home and abroad, there are many reports about the research on the process of pressure oxidation and acid leaching of zinc concentrate, but mainly for the development and application of the process. Sulfur behavior in the process has not been a special study reported, the relevant research is also very small. This work through a variety of physical and chemical analysis of zinc concentrate leaching process of elemental sulfur oxidation behavior was studied. The operating conditions were optimized from the aspects of leaching and sulfur recovery. The interaction between sulfur and concentrate and slag fraction was investigated. The mechanism of additive action was discussed. The physical description model of sulfur behavior was obtained.
