单导叶调速器具有调节灵敏、调节精度高等优点,被推广应用于大型抽水蓄能机组。文中针对单导叶调速器易发生的导叶开度不同步故障,利用模式影响分析方法对典型故障特征、原因及影响、检测方法、解决措施等问题进行了研究,给出了两类典型故障的模式影响分析表,对于提高该类机组的运行可靠性具有一定的指导意义。
Single guide vane governor with sensitive regulation, high precision adjustment, is widely used in large-scale pumped storage units. In this paper, single-guide vane speed governor is prone to guide vane opening asynchronous failure, the use of model influence analysis method of typical fault characteristics, causes and effects, detection methods, solutions and other issues were studied, given two typical Failure mode impact analysis table, to improve the operational reliability of such units has a certain significance.
