13个花生矮化病毒(PSV)毒株通过琼脂双扩散血清反应可以划分为4个血清型:血清型Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ和Ⅳ。PSV血清型Ⅲ是新发现的一种血清型,和血清型Ⅰ关系相近,血清型Ⅲ中的PSV毒株在指示植物上的反应,以侵染大豆品种Davis和Bansei而不侵染‘Perfected Wales’豌豆和花生为特征,区别于其他血清型。血清型Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ在血清学上关系相近,但均与血清型Ⅳ(PSV-W)关系相远。核糖核酸聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳试验结果说明,血清型Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ中所测定的6个PSV毒株除去四个RNA主要组分以外,均含有一个小的RNA,而血清型Ⅳ(PSV-W)没有小RNA。
Thirteen peanut dwarf virus (PSV) strains can be divided into four serotypes by serogroup agar double diffusion serotypes: serotypes I, II, III and IV. PSV serotype III is a newly discovered serotype that is closely related to serotype I and that the PSV strain in serotype III is indicative of plant response to infect the soybean varieties Davis and Bansei without infecting the Perfected Wales Pea and peanut are characterized as distinct from other serotypes. The serotypes Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ have similar serological relationship, but they are all distant from the serotype Ⅳ (PSV-W). The result of RNA polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that the six PSV strains tested in serotypes I, II, and III all contained a small RNA except for the four major RNA components, whereas serotype IV (PSV -W) No small RNAs.
