慢性腹泻中医称“久泻”。笔者把慢性腹泻辨证分型进行改革,处方上进行改进、增补,经临床观察效果良好,现介绍如下: 慢性腹泻的病因和病理慢性腹泻与脾、肾、肝脏功能失调有密切关系。大体可归纳如下: (一)脾胃虚弱:脾主运化,其气主 Chronic diarrhea Chinese medicine called “long diarrhea.” The author reformed the differentiation of syndromes of chronic diarrhea and improved and supplemented the prescriptions.
