一、《党章》和《公司法》是发挥党的政治核心作用的重要依据《党章》规定:“国有企业和集体企业中党的基层组织,发挥政治核心作用,围绕企业生产经营开展工作。保证监督党和国家的方针、政策在本企业的贯彻执行;支持股东会、董事会、监事会和经理(厂长)依法行使职权;全心全意依靠职工群众,支持职工代表大会开展工作;参与企业重大问题的决策;加强党组织的自身建设,领导思想政治工作、精神文明建设和工会、共青团等群众组织。”清
