本研究的目的是判断肝细胞移植术后外部磁场能否促使磁性标记的Huh7肝肿瘤细胞优先运输到肝脏。Huh7肝肿瘤细胞用负离子磁性纳米颗粒标记(AMNP)并与荧光膜标记物(PKH67)相连接。用磁化电泳测量铁摄取量。
The purpose of this study was to determine whether an external magnetic field after liver cell transplantation can facilitate the preferential transport of magnetically labeled Huh7 liver tumor cells to the liver. Huh7 liver tumor cells were labeled with negative ion magnetic nanoparticles (AMNP) and ligated to the fluorescent membrane marker (PKH67). The amount of iron taken was measured by magnetization electrophoresis.
