目的研究基于经验公式的钢板梁桥节点板疲劳寿命预测受力模型的合理性,提出疲劳寿命预测受力模型.方法将钢板梁桥节点板上锈蚀产生的点坑等效为角裂纹,基于奇异等参数单元以及子模型技术分析角裂纹的应力强度因子,并与经验公式计算结果进行比较.结果当a=2,b=0.8时,纯弯模型计算结果为199.41 MPam,较有限元结果118.29 MPam大68.41%,压弯模型计算结果为76.37 MPam,较有限元结果小35.44%,而纯拉模型计算结果为122.83 MPam与有限元结果较接近.结论基于经验公式的钢板梁桥节点板疲劳寿命预测采用纯拉模型作为受力模型更合理.
