我到过中国绝大多数冰川区,也曾赴南、北两极进行过冰川科学考察。目前我在西藏工作,几乎每天面对青藏高原的雪山冰川,而且正在和一些志同道合者筹划下一步的冰川考察。作为一位冰川和环境科研工作者,我自然十分关注地球上包括南极、北极和青藏高原的每一条冰川的动态变化和地球环境沧海桑田的历史演替,同时也十分关注气候变暖给冰川及冰冻圈层带来的影响。
I have been to most of the glaciers in China and have visited the South and North Poles for scientific investigation of glaciers.
