众所周知,为了避免各缸的排气互相干扰,脉冲增压发动机的排气管必须进行分枝。分枝的原则是,联结在一根枝管上的各缸发火间隔角必须大于或者接近等于各缸的排气延续角。因此对于非三倍数气缸的发动机,每根排气枝管常常只能联结二个气缸甚至一个气缸。这样的排气系统,除了结构复杂以外,在性能上也是不好的。因为,排气间歇期的存在,使管系的能量传递效率以及涡轮效率都降低了。
As we all know, in order to avoid the exhaust of each cylinder interfere with each other, pulse supercharged engine exhaust pipe must be branched. Therefore, for non-triplex engine, each exhaust branch often can only be connected to two cylinders or even a cylinder. Because of the existence of intermittent exhaust period, the energy transfer efficiency of the piping system and turbine efficiency are reduced.
