金属粉末历来都是采取机械、化学、电化学等各种方法制造,其缺点是设备复杂,生产时间长,工序多。本专利克服了这些缺点,用极简单的方法制取金属粉。即在相对放置的熔融金属和火花电极间,施加脉冲电压引起火花放电,产生高温、高压。因此熔融金属被蒸发,飞溅。形成球状颗粒,经过过滤回收就得到具有本利特征的金属粉末。
Metal powder has always been to mechanical, chemical, electrochemical and other methods of manufacturing, the disadvantage is the complexity of the equipment, the production of a long time, process and more. This patent overcame these shortcomings by using a very simple method of preparing metallic powder. That is, between the molten metal and the spark electrode placed oppositely, a pulse voltage is applied to cause a spark discharge to generate high temperature and high pressure.
