我校地处城乡结合部,本地生大量流入附近的城镇学校,外来务工人员随迁子女大量涌入,现外来务工人员子女占全校学生数已接近100%。由于流动性强、父母文化程度低、经济收入低、工作不稳定等外在原因,使得部分队员所受学前教育程度低、学习成绩不理想,校外自主参加艺术类培训更是少之又少。大多数老师认为,我校队员除了上好课、学好文化知识外,几乎没有什么特长。
Our school is located in the junction of urban and rural areas, a large number of local students into the nearby town schools, migrant workers migrate a large influx of children, migrant workers now account for the number of children in the school nearly 100%. Due to the external factors such as high mobility, low educational level of parents, low economic income and unstable work, some of the team members suffer from low pre-school education and unsatisfactory academic performance, and there are very few external independent participation in art training. Most teachers think that our school members have very few strengths except good class and good cultural knowledge.
