为了建立一套切实可行的氧化还原法分离润滑油基础油中各类硫化物的方案,选择氧化剂TBAPI和MCPBA 分别对模型硫化物环戊硫醚、二苯并噻吩进行氧化, 并选择还原剂LiAlH4 对各自的氧化产物进行还原,利用红外分析法考察了氧化、还原前后分子结构的变化。采用氧化还原法对高硫润滑油基础油中的含硫化合物进行了分离富集,考察了氧化时间和氧化剂量对分离效果的影响。利用GC/MS鉴定分离出的硫化物的结构和类型。结果表明,硫醚类化合物主要是带复杂长侧链的五元环和六元环硫醚,噻吩类化合物主要是烷基噻吩、苯并噻吩、二苯并噻吩及其同系物。
In order to establish a set of feasible redox method to separate all kinds of sulfides in lubricating base oil, the oxidants such as TBAPI and MCPBA were chosen to oxidize the model sulfides, such as cyclopentyl sulfide and dibenzothiophene. The reductant LiAlH4 The respective oxidation products were reduced, and the changes of molecular structure before and after oxidation were investigated by infrared analysis. The oxidation-reduction method was used to separate and enrich the sulfur-containing compounds in the high-sulfur lubricating base oil. The effects of the oxidation time and the amount of oxidant on the separation were investigated. The structure and type of sulfide isolated were identified by GC / MS. The results showed that the thioether compounds are mainly five-membered ring and six-membered ring thioether with complex long side chains. The thiophenes are mainly alkylthiophene, benzothiophene, dibenzothiophene and their homologues.
