国家地震局“七·五”规划中,已将我区列为强震观测重点区之一。我们依据新疆地域辽阔,地震活动频率高、强度大的天然优势,制定了“七·五”期间强震观测台网的建设和实施方案。 迄止1987年底,已于南、北天山地震危险带基岩地基上布设了14个强震观测固定台。为研究不同场地条件对地震活动的影响,以及结构物在强震作用下的效应,亦分别在冲积层上和本局大楼内布设强震观测和结构小台阵,同时,还在呼图壁红山形变站布设了断层小台阵,以研究断层上、下两盘地面运动的差异和规律。
In Seventh Five-Year Plan of National Seismological Bureau, our district has been listed as one of the key areas for observation of strong earthquakes. Based on the vast territory of Xinjiang, natural frequency with high frequency and strong intensity of seismic activity, we formulated the construction and implementation plan of strong earthquake observation network during the “Seventh Five-year Plan” period. By the end of 1987, a total of 14 strong earth observation stations have been laid on basement rocks of dangerous belts in the southern and northern Tianshan Mountains. In order to study the influence of different site conditions on seismic activity and the effect of structures under the action of strong earthquakes, strong earthquakes and small structures are also arranged on the alluvial layers and in the building of this Council respectively. In the meantime, Yamamoto substation set up a small fault array in order to study the difference between the top and bottom of the fault movement and the law.
