跨年段交往作为中小学生的一种特殊交往方式,能够成为学生发展的独特资源。国内外许多研究表明,无论是对低年级学生还是高年级学生,跨年级交往都具有重要的价值。它“开拓了学生交往的空间,具有独特的教育意义,蕴含着勃勃生机,需要我们通过提升跨年段学生的交往活动品质来促进学生更好地与人交往,学会共同生活”。
Cross-year contacts as a special form of communication between primary and secondary students, can be a unique resource for the development of students. Many researches at home and abroad show that inter-year contact is of great value to both lower-level and upper-level students. It “opens up the space for student exchanges, has a unique educational significance, contains vitality, we need to enhance students’ intercultural communication activities to promote better student exchanges and learn to live together.”
