上海市宝山区地处城乡结合部,外来人口聚集,公共场所数量多,其中无证公共场所一直以来是卫生监管的难点。无证公共场所卫生状况差,不仅是群众健康的安全隐患,而且对有证公共场所的监管形成阻碍。随着社会经济发展,无证公共场所也在发生变化。2013年宝山区卫生局卫生监督所对辖区内重点监管的七类公共场所进行了调查,分析其未办理卫生许可证的原因,探讨如何有效地监管公共场所,提高公共场所的卫生许可证持证率。
Baoshan District, Shanghai is located at the junction of urban and rural areas, migrants gathered in large numbers of public places, including undocumented public places has always been the difficulty of health supervision. Bad public health conditions in public places, not only the health risks of the masses, but also obstruct the supervision of the public places with certificates. With the social and economic development, undocumented public places are also changing. In 2013, Health Authority of Baoshan District Health Bureau conducted a survey on seven key public places under its jurisdiction and analyzed the reasons for not having handled the health permit, and discussed how to effectively regulate public places and public health permits rate.
