超导陶瓷氧化物YBa_2Cu_3O_7的出现使超导临界温度达到90K,从而使超导材料向实用化迈进了一大步。超导材料结构的研究有助于弄清超导机理,并为寻找更好的超导材料开辟道路。下面介绍中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所在超导结构研究方面的一些成果。
The advent of superconducting ceramic oxide YBa_2Cu_3O_7 makes the critical temperature of superconductivity reach 90K, which makes the superconducting material a big step forward for practical use. Research on the structure of superconducting materials helps to clarify the superconducting mechanism and pave the way for finding better superconducting materials. The following describes some of the achievements of the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in the superconducting structure research.
