[目的]观察大黄对消化性溃疡(PU)患者凝血功能的影响。[方法]PU患者126例,随机分为2组各63例,对照组采用基础治疗,以奥美拉唑清除幽门螺杆菌(Hp),大黄组在基础治疗上加大黄粉口服,治疗7d后对比2组治疗前后的血小板计数(PLT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)变化。[结果]大黄组和对照组在治疗前PT、TT、APTT、FIB、PLT差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者PT、TT、APTT均缩短,PLT、FIB增高,2组患者治疗前与治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01),且治疗组各项指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]大黄粉能促进PU患者凝血功能,使血液处于高凝状态,通过口服大黄粉可以治疗或者预防PU并发出血。
[Objective] To observe the effect of rhubarb on coagulation function in patients with peptic ulcer (PU). [Methods] One hundred and sixty-six patients with PU were randomly divided into two groups of 63 patients. The control group was treated with basal therapy and omeprazole was used to eliminate H. pylori (Hp). The rhubarb group was given Huanghuang powder orally for basic treatment. After 7 days of treatment, The changes of platelet count (PLT), prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), APTT and fibrinogen (FIB) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. [Results] There was no significant difference in PT, TT, APTT, FIB and PLT between rhubarb group and control group before treatment (P> 0.05). PT, TT and APTT were shortened, PLT and FIB were increased in both groups after treatment, The difference between the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant (P <0.05 or <0.01), and the treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Rhubarb powder can promote the coagulation function of PU patients and make the blood hypercoagulable. Through the oral rhubarb powder, it can treat or prevent the bleeding of PU.
