通过对靖边油田某区块油井采出水的水质分析,结合室内腐蚀实验测定油井管柱在现场采出水中的腐蚀速率,并进行了现场加注应用。结果表明:该区块油井采出水中腐蚀性介质(溶解氧、CO2、H2S、Cl-)含量均较高,平均腐蚀速率较高,对油井管材造成了严重腐蚀;缓蚀剂加注后采出水中总铁离子含量、修井作业次数以及油管、抽油杆更换数量等大幅下降,表明了该缓蚀剂能有效减缓井下管柱的腐蚀。
By analyzing the water quality of the produced water from a well in Jingbian Oilfield, the corrosion rate of the oil well pipe string in the field produced water was determined by combining with the indoor corrosion test and the application was made. The results show that the content of corrosive medium (dissolved oxygen, CO2, H2S, Cl-) in the produced water from the oil well in this block is high and the average corrosion rate is high, causing severe corrosion to oil well pipe. After the injection of corrosion inhibitor The total iron ion content in the effluent, workover times, as well as the number of tubing and sucker rod replacement dropped significantly, indicating that the corrosion inhibitor can effectively reduce the corrosion of underground pipe string.
