粮食和饲料等植物的干样经湿法或干法溶样处理,样品溶液经100倍以上稀释,直接进样于热解涂层石墨管中进行钻的测定。本法无须预分离富集,也不需要加入其它基体改进剂,与文献报道的方法相比操作简便、灵敏度较高、避免了加入其它试剂带来的沾污。测定的相对标准偏差为3.8%,检测限1.5×10~(-12)g。含钴量为10ppb以上的干样可被测定,回收率为87~107%。对国家标准物桃叶进行测定其结果一致。
Dry samples of foodstuffs and feedstuffs are treated by wet or dry method. The sample solution is diluted by more than 100 times and directly injected into pyrolytic coated graphite tubes for drilling determination. This method does not need to pre-separation and enrichment, do not need to add other matrix modifiers, compared with the methods reported in the literature simple, high sensitivity, to avoid contamination caused by the addition of other reagents. The relative standard deviation was 3.8% and the detection limit was 1.5 × 10 ~ (-12) g. Dry samples with a cobalt content above 10 ppb can be measured with a recovery of 87 to 107%.
