以丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)、苯乙烯(ST)为原料,在反应温度是55℃、单体总质量分数是50%、m(AM):m(DADMAC):m(ST)=5:4:1下,采用无皂乳液聚合技术合成了AM-DADMAC-ST三元共聚物(简称PAMDAST-541),并探讨了该聚合物在再生瓦楞纸浆中应用结果。研究结果表明,PAMDAST-541的添加量为0.3%时,纸张的抗张指数从20.56 Nm·g~(-1)增至26.72Nm·g~(-1);环压指数从5.08 Nm·g~(-1)增至7.22Nm·g~(-1);打浆度从45.5°SR降至39°SR;白水浊度从45NTU降至31.1NTU。
Using acrylamide (AM), dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DADMAC) and styrene (ST) as starting materials, the reaction temperature is 55 ℃, the total monomer content is 50% AM-DADMAC-ST ternary copolymer (abbreviated as PAMDAST-541) was synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization at m (DADMAC): m (ST) = 5: 4: 1.
