邻二甲苯沸腾床催化氧化制苯配的反应至今尚未应用于工业生产.其原因在于催化剂没有解决.我国有一批以萘为原料的沸腾床装置,由于萘原料不足,因此设备能力未能得到充分发挥,需要用 邻二甲苯为原料.催化剂的研制是这一转移的关键.国外曾有人试图以熔钒来改进催化剂性能,并取得了一些进展.本研究以熔钒体系为对象,根据集团结构适应理论,寻找高效催化剂,并进行理论上的探讨.
