本文主要介绍我室为湖北省化肥厂进口设备中循环冷却水水质稳定小型静态和动态模拟试验中的部分成果。文中着重研究了BETZ系列正常运行前钢样预先成膜(以下简称预膜)条件的选择。试验中采用了正交试验法,因而既使试验次数减少,又能较快地选出预膜的最优条件。根据静态腐蚀试验结果说明,所选择的预膜条件是相当满意的。在动态模拟试验中,考虑到现场升温预膜的困难,没有采用最优的温度条件,而是采用常温预膜,但结果也仍然能符合要求。下面分别对静态试验和动态模拟试验两部分进行介绍。静态试验中着重介绍BETZ807预膜条件。
This paper introduces some of the results of small static and dynamic simulation tests of the circulating water quality of imported equipment in Hubei Fertilizer Plant. This paper focuses on the BETZ series of normal operation before the steel sample pre-filming (hereinafter referred to as the pre-film) the choice of conditions. Orthogonal test method used in the experiment, so that even the number of tests to reduce, but also to quickly select the optimal pre-membrane conditions. According to the static corrosion test results show that the selected pre-film conditions are quite satisfactory. In the dynamic simulation test, taking into account the difficulties of pre-heating the membrane in the field, the optimal temperature conditions are not adopted, but the pre-membrane at room temperature is used, but the result is still satisfactory. The following two static test and dynamic simulation test are introduced. Static test focuses on the pre-membrane conditions BETZ807.
