目的:通过对目前三种常用根管充填技术进行研究,评价其三维充填效果。方法:收集口腔外科拔除的人上中切牙90颗,随机分成3个实验组(A组、B组、C组,每组30颗牙齿),三组分别采用冷牙胶侧向加压充填技术、热牙胶垂直加压充填技术、热牙胶连续波充填技术,D组为阳性对照组,E组为阴性对照组。牙齿用2%甲基兰溶液浸泡,牙根纵向切片,脱矿使牙齿透明,在显微镜下测量染料渗入根管的长度。结果:A组染料渗入长度为(0.47±0.46)mm、B组染料渗入长度(0.69±0.86)mm、C组染料渗入长度(1.02±1.10)mm,根管预备后不充填组染料渗入根管全长,根充后无侧压组没有染料渗入。冷牙胶侧向加压充填技组、热牙胶垂直加压充填技术组、与热牙胶连续波充填技术组间染料渗入长度有统计学意义(P<0.01),B组与C组间染料渗入长度无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:热牙胶连续波充填根尖封闭性优于热牙胶垂直加压充填与冷牙胶侧向加压充填。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of three-dimensional filling by studying the current three kinds of commonly used root canal filling technology. Methods: 90 oral maxillary incisors were collected and divided into 3 experimental groups (group A, group B, group C, 30 teeth per group). The three groups were respectively treated with cold dentin lateral compression filling Technology, vertical pressure filling technology with hot teethers and continuous filling technology using hot teethers. Group D was positive control group, while group E was negative control group. The teeth were soaked in 2% methyl blue solution, longitudinally sliced and demineralized to make the teeth transparent, and the length of dye ingrowth into the root canal was measured under a microscope. Results: The length of infiltration of dye in group A was (0.47 ± 0.46) mm, the length of infiltration of dye in group B was (0.69 ± 0.86) mm, the length of infiltration of dye in group C was (1.02 ± 1.10) mm. Full length, no lateral pressure group without dye infiltration after root filling. There was significant difference in dye infiltration length between cold dentin lateral pressure filling group, hot denture vertical pressure filling group and hot dentin continuous wave filling group (P <0.01), between B group and C group Dye infiltration length was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The apical sealant of hot gutta percha continuous wave filling is better than the vertical gland filling of hot gutta percha and lateral filling of cold gutta.
