I have always believed that Li Bai’s poem “Do not Search for Immortals in the Five Sacred Areas and Make a Famous Life in Your Life” should be the motto of travelers. Li Bai traverses famous mountains and rivers and is passionate about searching for immortals. Although she eventually failed to live forever and became a celestial being, she wrote a lot of poems with admiration and demeanor, thus becoming the poetic poem of the world. A few years ago, I was interested in Mr. Lu Xun’s proposition, “China is all based on Taoism,” and so Taoism, one of the three sources of Chinese culture (Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism), was explored along the Taoist footsteps of development. Culture is indeed profound, while wandering the world is actually one of the quick things in life.
