静电增强纤维除尘技术是一种新型的高效除尘技术,其除在机理主要有布朗扩散、截留、惯性碰撞和静电吸引.基于前人的研究结果,本文提出了螺旋流场中孤立纤维惯性碰撞效率、孤立纤维静电吸引效率以及上述四种机理联合作用时的纤维层分级效率表达式。实验数据与本文提出的表达式的计算结果吻合很好。计算结果和实验数据均表明:在尘粒未达到饱和电荷之前,随着电晕电流的增大,除尘效率不断提高;随着外加电场强度的提高,除尘效率不断提高;过滤风速越小,静电增强纤维除尘效果越好.
Electrostatic reinforced fiber dust removal technology is a new type of high-efficiency dust removal technology. Its main mechanisms are Brownian diffusion, interception, inertial impact and electrostatic attraction. Based on the previous research results, this paper proposes the expression of the fiber layer classification efficiency when the inertial collision efficiency of isolated fibers in the spiral flow field, the electrostatic attraction efficiency of isolated fibers, and the above four mechanisms are combined. The experimental data agree well with the results of the expressions proposed in this paper. The calculation results and experimental data show that before the dust particles reach the saturation charge, the dust removal efficiency increases with the increase of the corona current; with the increase of the applied electric field strength, the dust removal efficiency continuously improves; the smaller the filtration wind speed, the static electricity The better the reinforcing fiber dust removal effect.
