针对我国核电工程项目管理现状,对核电工程项目实施Partnering模式进行管理的适用性进行了详尽的理论分析。用博弈理论进一步证明了只有应用Partnering模式才能使业主与承包商为获取长期稳定的经济和质量收益而主动采取相互合作的策略。并以我国某在建核电工程项目“合署办公”的管理模式为例,对在我国核电企业中如何应用Partnering模式进行管理展开讨论,具有一定的理论和实践价值。
In view of the status quo of nuclear power project management in our country, a detailed theoretical analysis of the applicability of implementing Partnering mode in nuclear power project is carried out. The game theory further proves that only by using Partnering mode can owners and contractors take the initiative to cooperate with each other in order to obtain long-term stable economic and quality benefits. Taking the management mode of a nuclear power project under construction in our country as an example, this paper discusses how to apply Partnering mode in our country ’s nuclear power enterprises and has some theoretical and practical values.
