在免疫应答中,不同类型细胞之间的相互作用是免疫应答诱导与维持所必须的,相互作用的特异性尽管是由TCR介导和调节,但膜表面其它分子的作用也十分重要.已证明粘附分子是参与这一过程的重要膜分子之一.胸腺内,发育T细胞经粘附分子介导与胸腺基质细胞(TSC)的相互作用是TSC参与辅助抗原识别以及克隆选择等T细胞发育事件的一个重要机制.利用体外建立的TSC克隆分析介导TSC与不同发育阶段T细胞相互作用的膜分子性质及作用将有助于揭示T细胞发育的分子机理.我室建立的MTECl和MTSCS可直接与成熟T细胞相互作用,使之活化增殖.为此,本文进一步报道了粘附分子在该过程中的作用.
In the immune response, the interaction between different types of cells is necessary for the induction and maintenance of immune response. Although the specificity of the interaction is mediated and regulated by TCR, the role of other molecules on the membrane surface is also very important. Adhesion molecules are one of the important membrane molecules involved in this process.Development of T cells in the thymus by adhesion molecules mediated interaction with thymic stromal cells (TSC) is involved in the development of TSC in T cell development such as ancillary antigen recognition and clonal selection An important mechanism of the event.Using the TSC clone established in vitro to analyze the molecular nature and action of the membrane mediating TSC interaction with T cells at different developmental stages will help reveal the molecular mechanism of T cell development.Our MTECl and MTSCS Directly interacting with mature T cells to activate and proliferate.Therefore, this paper further reports the role of adhesion molecules in the process.
