使熔融金属快速凝固成非晶态合金的技术称作急冷技术。20多年来,急冷技术的发展已从实验室逐步走向工业生产。本文除了介绍急冷技术的发展概况外,着重介绍了急冷技术在工业生产中的实际应用,特别是在航空航天工业中的实际应用及其前景。如各种类型的高频变压器磁芯已获得了普遍应用。由微晶记忆合金制造的卫星天线、导管接头,百叶窗自控装置以及高耐磨模具等正迅速从试验阶段步入实际应用阶段,可望在航天工业中能发挥其更大的威力。
Rapid solidification of molten metal into amorphous alloy technology called quench. For more than 20 years, the development of quench technology has gradually moved from laboratory to industrial production. In addition to introducing the development of quench technology, this article focuses on the practical application of quench technology in industrial production, especially in the aerospace industry. Such as various types of high-frequency transformer core has been widely used. Satellite antennas, conduit joints, shutter control devices and high wear-resistant molds made of microcrystalline memory alloys are rapidly moving from the pilot phase into practical application and are expected to exert greater power in the aerospace industry.
