党的十四大报告明确提出,我国经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制。这不仅仅是一个提法上的变化,而是涉及到多方面内容的观念转变。下面从四个方面分析这个问题。一、社会主义市场经济的性质实行市场经济就是按市场经济规律(价值规律,价格杠杆,竞争机制等)配置有限的资源,调整供求关系,促进经济发展。市场经济本身并不带有姓“社”还是姓“资”的色彩。
