我院为贯彻卫生部颁布的全国施行的消毒管理条例,按照条例中卫生监测标准的条文规定,1991年成立了感染监控科,并试行逐月监测工作。现将1991年开始至今的工作情况介绍如下:1 监测对象 心外ICU病房、婴儿室、儿科病房、手术室、透析室等科室进行逐月定期监测。门诊部、其它病房为抽查,定期为全院紫外线灯进行强度测定。2 监测方法 (1)物表监测。每月对全院各病房进行物体表面(诊室桌面、诊查床、水龙头、门把手等)、医护人员手进行监测,用
In order to implement the disinfection management regulations promulgated by the Ministry of Health, the Institute has established the Infection Control Division in 1991 and implemented monthly monitoring work in accordance with the provisions of the hygiene monitoring standards in the Regulations. The work situation from the beginning of 1991 to the present is described as follows: 1 Monitoring targets Extra-cardiological ICU wards, infant rooms, paediatric wards, operating rooms, and dialysis rooms are regularly monitored on a monthly basis. The outpatient department and other wards are spot checks, and the intensity of the ultraviolet light is measured regularly for the whole hospital. 2 monitoring methods (1) monitoring of the material table. Each month, the hospital’s wards are monitored on the surface of objects (clinic desks, examination beds, faucets, door handles, etc.) and hands of medical staff.
