近几年,围绕推广连锁经营、代理制、物流配送、电子商务、信用消费等现代营销方式,发展旧货业、拍卖业等新兴流通产业,陕西商务系统的营销改革取得了一定成效,在开拓市场、扩大内需、深化流通体制和流通方式改革过程中,发挥了重要全省已获批准的全国旧货调剂试点企业4家,营业面积1.4万多平方米,1998年销售额超亿元.全省已拥有合法拍卖企业25家,从业人员300余人,1999年全省拍卖成交额达4.1亿元.目前,全省商务系统各类连锁企业已发展到55家,连锁门店达202个,1998年连锁门店销售额超过2亿元.1999年8月份,陕西电子商务示范工程已进入实施阶段,
