针对煤矿俯孔积存水和煤渣影响瓦斯抽放效果问题,提出射流排水排渣方法,设计加工出射流深孔排水排渣装置,采用正交试验法验证了该方法可行性,并研究工作参数对其性能影响规律。结果表明:压缩空气压力p对其性能影响最大,随着p值增大排水渣量呈现先增多后减少趋势,存在最优空气压力值p*使其性能最优;存在临界孔深Hnp,即孔深小于Hnp时排出水渣量保持不变,孔深大于Hnp时排出水渣量逐渐减小;其他条件不变,随着孔内水深升高,排水渣量逐渐增大。射流排水排渣方法可行,操作简单,能有效排出瓦斯抽放孔中的水和煤渣。
Aiming at the effect of hole drainage in coking coal in coal mine and the impact of coal cinder on gas drainage, a method of jet drainage and slagging is proposed. As the water depth in the hole increases, the amount of drainage slag gradually increases. Jet drainage slag method is feasible, easy to operate, can effectively drain the gas drainage holes and cinder.
